The purchase of Gold Bars, Gold Cards and Golden Icons up to the amount of CHF 15'000 within 30 days is verification-free.

 

For purchases paid in crypto currency the verification-free limit is CHF 1'000 within 30 days.

 

The purchase of Gold Bars with digital transferability is subject to legal verification requirements.

Information for Individual Customers

 

1. Open your customer account here

 

2. Order your desired goods in the shop

 

3. If verification is required, this will be indicated when the order is placed

 

4. A member of our staff will contact you after placing your order and guide you through the verification process

 

Please have the following documents to hand for the verification:

 

–	Identification document (passport, identity card, driver's license)
–	Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, official confirmation of residence)

 

 

Information for Business Customers

2. Order your desired goods in the shop

 

3. If verification is required, this will be indicated when the order is placed

 

4. A member of our staff will contact you after placing your order and guide you through the verification process

–	Extract from the Commercial Register / Company Register
–	Identification document (passport, identity card, driver's license) of the authorized signatory
–	Formular K, filled and signed (see forms)
