SWISSGOLD Crypto AG is fully regulated as a financial intermediary in accordance with the Article 2 Paragraph 3 of the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as a member of VQF under member no. 101048.

 

VQF is a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) (Article 24 of the Swiss Money Laundering Act).

 

The SRO performs important supervisory and monitoring duties and is subject to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
