Leo Th. Schrutt is one of leading experts in the field of investment banking in Switzerland. After having worked for the Swiss National Bank, Leo Th. Schrutt held top management positions at the Swiss Bank Cooperation, the UBS and at the Julius Baer Group, being responsible for Asset Management, Research and leading the global investment committee. At the current stage, Leo Th. Schrutt holds several positions in various boards and is an advisor to several international institutions. He was lecturing at the University of Liechtenstein and the Fachhochschule in Aarau.

Carole Hofmann is an executive management and business building professional. Her activities cover technology topics such as FutureTech, FinTech and Artificial Intelligence. She has (co-)founded and built a number of initiatives and businesses. She served as partner at a Swiss Family Office, and before that, worked for 13 years in the ICT space and led large projects in software and online platform development in the TMT and finance industry. Carole Hofmann has studied Psychology and Computer Science and holds an M. Sc. from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Anja Ashgar-Keller is a professional in finance and accounting, with a longstanding experience in senior roles and international markets. She is proficient in FinTech innovations and international regulation in the field. She holds a MBA in Global Business Management of the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Science in Business Administration, Zürich, Switzerland, and a CFA from KV Business School in Zürich, Switzerland. She further served in the Swiss military as officer in the Swiss Air Force.

Carla Kaufmann is also a founder at geschäftsfrau.ch, serving education for women in the process of company foundation or succession. Carla Kaufmann has studied Law at University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and holds a MA in Law.
